The TeaShark Privacy Policy describes how we treat personal information when you use TeaShark's service. In addition, the following describes our privacy practices.
At TeaShark, we strive to develop innovative services to better serve our users. We recognize that privacy is an important issue, so we design and operate our services with the protection of your privacy in mind. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information we gather when you use TeaShark's services, as well as some of the steps we take to safeguard it.
Information we collect
All the personally identifying information we collect is what you tell us about yourself.
Unique ID
We do not collect your device, hardware IDs and device type, your carrier, your carrier user ID. However, we identify your device by a randomly generated unique ID. This unique ID is being generated, when you are connecting with a device to the TeaShark server the first time. This unique ID is used only to map server side information, such as cookies, to a particular TeaShark client, aka the device that the TeaShark client application runs on. We do not collect or categorize information or track browsing behaviour based on this unique ID. The unique ID can be reset on your device by navigating to 'Menu->Tools->Preferences', selecting 'clear private data' and hitting 'Save' softkey on the left. This unique ID is also not linked to your TeaShark account, if you have any.
Cookies
A cookie is normally a string of information that a Web site stores on the visitor's computer. However, when you use TeaShark to connect to a Web site, the TeaShark server stores and sends the cookies on behalf of you. Cookies are mapped to a particular device by the unique ID (see above). We do not use the cookie information for any other purpose but only to send it to the Web site. If you feel, that your privacy might be in danger, please avoid visiting sites that require cookie support, or delete the server cookies (stored on the TeaShark server, associated with the unique ID of your device) by navigating to 'Menu->Tools->Preferences', selecting on 'clear private data' and hitting 'Save' softkey on the left.
Uses
We may use any information going through TeaShark server, without linking it to any particular device(see Unique ID), to develop new features, and to improve the overall quality of TeaShark's products and services.
Information sharing and onward transfer
All requests must be sent through your mobile carrier's network. For information regarding your carrier's treatment of your information, please consult your carrier's privacy policies.
All requests are sent through TeaShark server.
All data, transmitted by the Web site, you are visiting, is sent through TeaShark server.

Terms of Service for Your Personal Use
By using TeaShark, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Service").
Content displayed by TeaShark
The content displayed by TeaShark are developed by people over whom TeaShark exercises no control. The page content is going through TeaShark's servers, and TeaShark cannot and does not screen the sites before transmitting to the client. Using TeaShark may produce results that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive. We cannot guarantee that TeaShark will not display unintended or objectionable content and assume no responsibility for the content of any site served by TeaShark.
Personal Use Only
TeaShark is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not use TeaShark to sell a product or service. If you want to make commercial use of TeaShark, you must enter into an agreement with TeaShark to do so in advance. Please contact us for more information.
Changes In Terms and Conditions and TeaShark Service
We may modify or terminate our services from time to time, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service from time to time without notice. Please review these Terms of Service from time to time so that you will be apprised of any changes.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL TEASHARK BE LIABLE TO ANY USER ON ACCOUNT OF THAT USER'S USE OR MISUSE OF OR RELIANCE ON THE TEASHARK SERVICES. ARISING FROM ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SUBJECT MATTER HEREOF SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY TO PREVENT RECOVERY OF DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, AND PUNITIVE DAMAGES WHETHER SUCH CLAIM IS BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR OTHERWISE, (EVEN IF TEASHARK HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES). SUCH LIMITATION OF LIABILITY SHALL APPLY WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM USE OR MISUSE OF AND RELIANCE ON THE TeaShark SERVICES, FROM INABILITY TO USE THE TEASHARK SERVICE, OR FROM THE INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE TEASHARK SERVICE (INCLUDING SUCH DAMAGES INCURRED BY THIRD PARTIES). THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY WITH RESPECT TO DAMAGES INCURRED BY REASON OF OTHER SERVICES OR GOODS RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE TEASHARK SERVICE OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE TEASHARK SERVICE, AS WELL AS BY REASON OF ANY INFORMATION OR ADVICE RECEIVED THROUGH OR ADVERTISED ON THE TEASHARK SERVICE OR RECEIVED THROUGH ANY LINKS PROVIDED IN THE TEASHARK SERVICE. THIS LIMITATION SHALL ALSO APPLY, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TO THE COSTS OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DATA. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL FURTHER APPLY WITH RESPECT TO THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE OF THE TEASHARK SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION OR MERCHANDISE THAT APPEARS ON, OR IS LINKED OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO, THE TEASHARK SERVICE. SUCH LIMITATION SHALL APPLY NOTWITHSTANDING ANY FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY LIMITED REMEDY AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
SOME STATES OR OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Without limiting the foregoing, under no circumstances shall TeaShark be held liable for any delay or failure in performance resulting directly or indirectly from acts of nature, forces, or causes beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, Internet failures, computer equipment failures, telecommunication equipment failures, other equipment failures, electrical power failures, strikes, labor disputes, riots, insurrections, civil disturbances, shortages of labor or materials, fires, floods, storms, explosions, acts of God, war, governmental actions, orders of domestic or foreign courts or tribunals, non-performance of third parties, or loss of or fluctuations in heat, light, or air conditioning.
